Refund policy

At Dyuti, each candle is carefully handcrafted and packed with love. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, color variation, or incorrect ordering.


Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we are happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement:
•You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
•An unboxing/opening video recorded from the moment the package is opened must be provided.
•Clear photographs showing the damage must also be shared.
•The damage must be visible and attributable to transit handling.


Replacement Process
After verification:
•A replacement will be provided for the damaged product only.
•If an order contains multiple products, only the damaged item(s) will qualify for replacement.
•The entire order will not be replaced or refunded if only a portion of the order is damaged.


Non-Eligible Cases
We do not provide replacements, returns, or refunds for:
•Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
•Minor imperfections resulting from the handmade nature of the product.
•Melted wax due to improper storage after delivery.
•Fragrance preference issues.
•Change of mind.
•Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Dyuti reserves the right to refuse replacement requests that do not meet the above requirements.
